Why Apples have more Health Risks


If losing weight is on your mind or the path you are currently on chances are your main motivation is your appearance and or fitness levels.
Well now there is a proven more serious reason why us Apples need to take care of our weight.
Recent medical studies have shown that a person carrying the majority of their weight above the waist and surrounding the heart are more likely to develop Type 2 Diabetes and Heart Disease.

Even if you are not an apple this is really a sobering thought to boost your motivation to get fit and healthy (oh and thin)
