Mini Chocolate Bites
These sweet treats will curb your sweet tooth without doing too much damage to your waistline!
Servings:12 (SW-1 Syn each)

3/4 of a pot of Muller Light Yoghurt, 35g Oats, 16 Mini Marshmallows, 16 Jelly Tots, 1 sachet of Options Belgian Hot Chocolate, 1 egg, 2 tsp Agave Nectar.
Mix the Yoghurt, oats, agave and egg in a bowl throughly.
Mix the Options with a little hot water separately until it forms a paste and then add to the mix.
Combine mixture until chocolate is evenly mixed with remaining mix.
Spray some mini molds with low cal spray and divide the mix in to the mini molds and bake at Gas mark 7 for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with 1 Mini Marshmallow and 1 Jelly tot halved and pop back in the oven for a further 10 mins. (press the sweets in so they don’t pop out)
leave to cool then pop out of molds and lay on a tray and dust with Canderel.
